Parole eligibility under Section 47-7-3 is distinct and still leaves the decision to the Board.

MDOC guidance states that a grant or projected date may precede physical release processing. Therefore, an announced parole decision and an actual exit date must be tracked separately. Check the inmate record until location and status change, then use the Parolees tab if supervision is active.
