Accessing or using Choctaw County Released Inmates means accepting these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the site.

This privately owned reference site is not affiliated with any government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. It helps visitors locate Choctaw County and Mississippi inmate and jail-record resources. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services. This is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.


Nature of the Service

The site is a private reference resource with no government ties. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

Its pages point toward Choctaw County jail and release resources, Mississippi corrections systems, and optional third-party research tools.
